Brunswick Laboratories, Wareham, MA, has introduced its superoxide radical absorbance capacity (S-ORAC) assay and its ORAC assay for oil-in-water emulsions (ORAC-E). These new tests, which complement ­B­r­­­­­unswick’s existing panel of ORAC assays, are new analytical tools in Brunswick’s array of antioxidant testing services. They represent new of­ferings to the company’s nutraceutical, food and beverage and cosmetic customers.
